Our fridge repair service technicians take continuing education courses at Sub-Zero & Wolf’s training facility in Wisconsin. We have the best product knowledge, service training and use the most “state of the art” service equipment available.
We use only genuine factory produced Sub-Zero refrigerator parts. Our fridge repair service trucks are stocked well above and beyond Sub-Zero’s suggested “standard truck stock.”

Your serviceman Dave came out to our home at 815 Roberto Ave., Santa Barbara, CA. And he did his usual wonderful competent pleasant service. It’s always a pleasure to see Dave and he really appears to know exactly what he’s doing. I will continue to use Wilshire and hopefully I will always get Dave as a service person.

FIVE STARS! I had 3 other appliance repair companies, the names of which I got from the internet, come to my home to address a problem with our oven. Two of the three looked at the oven and said they had to order parts and would reschedule a return visit when they received the parts. THEY COLLECTED THE SERVICE CHARGE AND I WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN. When Bryan from WILSHIRE REFRIGERATION showed up I was skeptical. Thankfully, my expectations were greatly exceeded. Everything went smoothly beginning with ordering the needed parts and ending with a finished installation of new door seals for my subzero. Be sure to get the company’s name right since there are others with names very similar to get confused by. This is the company you most definitely want.
