For safety reasons our Sub-Zero service professionals wear uniforms and ID cards for easy identification and our technicians are diligent about protecting and respecting you, your appliance, and your property. We use floor mats during service calls to ensure tools do not come in contact with the flooring.
General Maintenance
The General Maintenance Program is centered around the condenser cleaning that Wolf Appliance Service recommends twice a year. The cleaning of the condenser is necessary to insure optimum performance and will prevent excess energy consumption.
This program also includes:
- Vacuuming out the condenser coils as well as blowing out compacted dust if necessary.
- Complete product inspection which includes check all of the following:
- Door gaskets

- Fans
- Switches
- Sealed System
- Icemaker
- Water Dispenser
- Installation
- Drain Pan
