I made the mistake of putting foil on the bottom of my oven. Lasagne spilled over and the foil stuck to the bottom. Found out the bottom could be replaced. I contacted Wilshire Appliance, worked with Christina (awesome) and she ordered the part, it came in yesterday, and replaced today by Dan. Dan was very professional and worked quickly. He spent some tim giving me some tips on cleaning the glass doors. This is an awesome company to work with.

I highly recommend using Wilshire Refrigeration services. We had issues with our Cove dishwasher and our Blue Star oven/range. I was a little apprehensive, because very few companies even service Bluestar ranges. However, everything was great !!! If possible, be sure to request Brad. He was excellent, very knowledgeable and very efficient and really took time to explain everything that he was doing. He is definitely one of the best appliance service technician that we’ve ever had.
